Big Monster Sushi Food Truck

Ordered the salmon poke. Was assured it was made gluten free. Ended up getting sick shortly after. We asked 3 times to be sure and each time they assured us it was gf. Was also given the normal soy sauce with the order, when asked if they had gf tamri they said they were out.

They were knowledgeable about what to exclude from rolls to make them GF. They also have tamari.
