The waiter seemed to know a lot and I didn’t get sick. However, just cause I didn’t get sick doesn’t mean I could 100% recommend this place as safe for Celiacs. I got the brewers club on a lettuce wrap with chips

Menu is not marked for any allergies except one salad marked “V.” Not gluten free alternatives offered. I ordered the wagyu burger with no bun and it came out on a bun. They quickly brought a new one. Service was kind and fast. Seems like the space wasn’t always a restaurant. Our table was directly beside the bathroom door.

Not a great GF friendly option. The chips are good and the staff is very kind, but they don’t have many alternative options besides removing the bun from their delicious sandwiches. Drinks are delicious!

No separate GF menu, waitress did not understand gluten and celiac, food was very average. I’d steer clear.
Limited menus, no beer but quality food
Every entree I asked my server about was unsafe. Very unlike any Disney eatery. It took two rounds of my server floundering with answers before I got a manager to my table. Their excuse is "we are not owned by Disney", but their employees all wear Disney name tags. Beware of beer in the barbecue sauce. The manager had to go "all the way to the shed out back" to get the jug of sweet baby ray's sauce. My first and only visit to big River. Summary, menu is celiac friendly if the flavor is removed from the food.
No
Less than mediocre experience. No gluten free menu. I had a burger without bun which was decent at best. Chips instead of fries. Originally ordered a strawberry lemonade ($3.50!!) and it tasted like dirty water. After two sips, I asked for a water instead because of the taste. It was still on my bill, and the waiter seemed very confused when I asked for it off. After speaking to a manager, it was taken care of.
Even though they didn't have a designated gluten-free menu, The manager came over and made sure I was well taken care of. The food was great and the service was excellent!
I had a great Gluten free experience. I told my waiter I had Celiac and he said that his manager does as well. The manager came and talked to me and helped me through the menu. I ended up getting the chicken nachos. They had to substitute the chicken with the salad chicken. It was awesome!!!! Good place, good portions, good price!!

If you think something like Applebee's is a good place, then you will still be disappointed. It wasn't horrible , waitstaff was friendly and accommodating. Just really bland poorly done food.

Meh. Go anywhere else.
Ate here twice on a ten day trip because not a lot of options. The food isn't great and they don't offer much in substitutions. Our first visit the, the waitress was nice and said she knew what was gluten free because the manager is allergic to gluten. I had the strip steak with just veggies. It was very fatty and nothing great. The second time, we had the rudest waitress who seemed annoyed when I said that I had a gluten allergy (Cher). The first words out of her mouth were, "we don't have a gluten free menu and don't do any substitutions" then walked away. Didn't even suggest dishes. I ordered a burger and asked for a lettuce wrap and she said that they shred their lettuce so I got shredded iceberg lettuce and a tomato slice on a very bland burger. I could have handled the not great food if we had received any decent service from suggestions, filling water, refilling coffee..anything. We won't be back here. Not worth it.
Ate there twice, didn't get sick but the food was really bland, which made it the worst I ate during my 10 day trip. The first time, I had the NY strip and added a ton of black pepper in an attempt to make it taste like something. The waiter also claimed that the mashed potatoes were not gluten free, which I think was due to him not being educated on what gluten is since the waiter on the second visit confirmed that they were in fact gluten free. Although the salmon from the second visit was decent, the potatoes and the vegetables were not very good. This was the only restaurant in my Disney experience that did not send a manager or chef to the table when I inquired about gluten free options, although I guess I could say the first waiter tried to be overly cautious with the potatoes.

I have had consistently good experiences here. While there are not a ton of menu choices, the Manager spoke with me and shared that he has Celiac as well and took lots of time discussing what they are able to do. This spot is one of my family's favorites...we all alike the burgers, and I have enjoyed the salads as well.

Not too many options but no stomach aches :). Disney usually has GF buns but they did not so my mom had the usual burger without a bun. It came with Cape Cod like chips. I choose the chips and guacamole. The chips were gluten free and the guacamole was average tasting. It is a good place for lunch, nothing special but a safe choice.
Yes
Waitress not knowledgeable about gluten-free options. Actual options dismal. I ordered a burger minus the bun. Waitress checked with kitchen and they said that burgers are cooked on a separate part of the grill and seasoned with only salt and pepper. My burger was way over salted.

They don't have a gluten free menu anymore (apparently per a review from a couple of years ago they used to) or even marked gluten free food. If you ask a server they'll help you out - and to reassure me theserver showed me my food ticket which had explicit instructions for the people handling my food to change gloves, use fresh pans, etc. So they take cross contamination seriously.
The con is that your menu options are extremely limited. No available appetizers. You can have steak, salmon, or a salad. Only a couple of sides. My meal (steak) was extremely bland as was the side of rice - which was also undercooked, a few of the individual pieces were super hard.
If you're with a party who really wants to eat here you won't starve, but it's not a particularly good meal either. And if you're a vegetarian you might not be able to eat enough unless a side salad is filling to you.

Good gluten-free Burger with bun and good service
Not for Celiac, only gluten sensitive 😕
Our waitress was very helpful but we would not return to this restaurant. The menu is limited with choices and the kitchen is not knowledgeable in general food preparation, we didn’t get sick but half of the burger toppings were left off and an 8 oz filet had been “butterflied” to cook to proper temp apparently because Ive never butterflied a steak to grill it or had a restaurant do it either.
