Review of Big Shanty Smokehouse

The ribs were the best part. The pulled pork left a lot to be desired. The (white meat)chicken was over cooked and dry with NO flavor to the skin. The kicker was that we selected this place because of the gluten free bread...which I don't even get to eat because 'we're currently out and it will be out of the Oven in around 30 minutes'....how does this happen at 1245pm when there are only 2 other cars in the parking lot? Weak.
