Review of Big Shanty Smokehouse

All meats, rubs, sauces, and all but one of the sides are gluten free. They even have gluten free bread and dessert. Tell them you are gluten free and they will assemble your plate in a location well away from the regular bread storage. I thought the ribs and brisket were great! As were the baked beans and collards. Not so much a fan of the pulled pork, but I grew up eating Lexington, NC pork BBQ.
