Big Smoke Burger

The burger was good but I'm not certain how safe it was. It was a lettuce bun, no dedicated fryer.

Everything is gluten free but the bun. Which makes the hamburger pointless.

Celiac friendly?

Went because it said online that they have a gluten free bun, it's just a lettuce wrap. Burger and fries were good, but I'm sure there is better out there.

They asked if I had celiac and so they could change gloves and use caution to keep from cross contamination. Best lettuce wrapped cheese burger I've had in a while! Fries in a separate fryer too!!
