Not a lot of. Had the Baked Potato with brisket, no cheese, extra butter. It was good. Would have been better with some BBQ sauce. Took a bite of the sausage and it was good.

Staff assured me that the brisket was gluten free, but warned me that they weren't sure if the BBQ sauce was gluten free and was able to keep it separate. The plate of brisket and fries I had were delicious, and I had no symptoms afterwards.

Service was excellent and fast. Our server was knowledgeable about gluten and told me my choices would be limited. I chose the stuffed baked potato with pulled pork. She informed me that their sauce is not GF, and asked about other allergies. I enjoyed the potato and some of the meat, bringing the rest back to our RV for another meal.

Excellent smoked pork stuffed baked potato. According to the waitstaff there is no beer in the BBQ sauce. They were able to remove all dairy toppings as well. It’s a really delicious option in a small town with few GF options.
