I’m Celiac and have been eating here for years and never gotten sick. They are very Celiac friendly and always completely clean the grill before preparing a GF sandwich. I really trust them.

Food was delicious and prepared safely enough for both my gluten free (celiac) spouse and me. It takes a bit of time as it is made fresh, but the wait came with loads of flavor in very satisfying sandwich. No ifea where they source the GF roll, but it was soft and delicious.

Amazing find! So worth it. Sandwiches and gf potato chips are insanely delicious. MOST staff understood procedures and about gf, however it was clear a few were clueless. But management stepped in and reassured us they would not risk my getting sick. And I didn’t get sick at all. The food was amazing and I’ll be returning.

Delicious! Staff was very knowledgeable!! Bread was delicious!! Cheesesteak was amazing!! I can’t say enough good things!! Only bad thing is no dedicated fryer!! But they have UTZ chips so all around a great experience! We will definitely be back!!

I have been craving a cheesesteak for a long time and this one was worth waiting for! Gluten free bun was surprisingly good! Would recommend!

We ate here twice while visiting Dallas and I didn't get sick either time. The cheesesteaks are phenomenal! 😍They're served on Local Oven rolls. (Local Oven has definitely solved the puzzle of how to make soft, delicious GF grinder rolls that don't fall apart.) Staff is very accomodating, but glove changes and precautions against cross contamination aren't the norm when ordering gluten free, so make sure to ask when ordering. They were very kind and gracious about doing the extra work. These cheesesteaks are amazing! Easily one of the top few most delicious things we've ever crammed into our mouths!

Visiting from out of town and wanted something good and quick. They are very conscious of separating and cooking it on the "clean" side of the grill. I will definitely be going back!

This place is awesome. Gluten free bread available and fries. There is cross contamination but I've NEVER had an issue.

Found this on the App. Had a GF hoagie bun with mushroom Philly cheesesteak. Fries are cross contaminated but the chip selection is good. No problems. Plan to go back!

Just tried for the first time on a whim after finding on the Find Me Gluten Free app - Delicious!!! Knowledgable, friendly staff. GF bun was soft. I had the chicken & cheese, added banana peppers - total repeater!! Will absolutely be back. I went to the Preston Rd location.

Had lunch here after finding on the "find me gf app". We are from out of town and decided to try based on the previous reviews. The food was really fresh and the gf bread was soft and tasty! I believe the frys are fried in a non-dedicated fryer but they do offer gf chips. We are not celiac so we had the frys and they were good as well. The " Tony's sauce" was very good and when asked what it was I was told "Its our steak sauce and that's all I can say" (must be a top secret recipe LOL) This was a great find and we will be sure to visit again when we are back in Dallas. Wish there was a Houston location!

Was pretty good, staff very knowledgeable with gluten "allergy" fries are cross contaminated.. But they do have gluten free chips! 4 stars because my husband and I both went, but they only had one gluten free hoagie.. Call first to make sure they have hoagies! :)
