Great burger on GF bread. Customer service was excellent. The gentleman that took my order has a celiac family member and made sure precautions were taken.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received at a food establishment. We were out of towners and we always try to go to local places when away. Looked up this place and thought wow it’s packed and must be good. There was ppl standing outside waiting for their orders (covid) we got in line to order and when it go to be our turn we stepped up to order and then got shoo-d away... oh ok no problem. Thought that was kinda rude but the one guy working prob had to get caught up on getting other orders out. Again I think he could have said hey guys, I’m sorry give me a moment. Instead of just literally putting his hand up and being rude. But whatever to each their own. We proceeded to wait our turn. Then a lady seen us waiting and came up to us and asked, have you already ordered? My husband answered “No but we are trying to order” The business owner/waiter whatever you wanna call him then got very rude and in a condescending tone got smart with us. We immediately walked away. I would never spend any money at a place where the employees talk to customers like that. Never. Post covid in the restaurant/service industry, you’d think ppl would be kinder.

These guys know what’s safe, what’s not. Food is great, service is even better. Love this place.
They tell you up front they can’t guarantee it’s safe for celiac. They toast all bread on the same surface, use shared utensils, and don’t wear gloves.
No
Ordered a sandwitch previously which was good but not very large for $11 and did not have an issue and was assured they could accommodate celiac well. Walked in today and after waiting a while in line was told they just use the same knives, cutting boards and ovens and they recommended I don't eat there. This means I just got lucky the first time and I'd strongly recommend avoiding supporting this dishonesty. Do not be taken advantage of by the reassurance and smiles.
Had a sandwich on Udi's bread. Was so good! Mention you have an allergy and they will take care of you. Will be back!!
Great little deli. You can pretty much get any sandwich on gluten free bread (Boar's head meats). They warn you there is gluten in the shop but they are good about keeping it separate, even put tinfoil down to grill them.
Yum! You can have the sandwiches on GF bread and the owner is so wonderful! Before I was gf I loved this place. I haven't been back since I found out I had celiac. I'm so happy!!!
Eaten here many times. Always delicious and never had an issue. They do not mark it or say it is GF when they hand it to you which makes me nervous but they have never messed it up. The owner, who often is working, is always very friendly and has a great memory for his customers.
Huge selection with many GF options!
