I mentioned I can’t have gluten when making the reservation, and checken again upon arrival and they told me they have prepared for it. Most of the meals were very close to what my non-gluten free guests got. Everytime they made alterations they mentioned it, and explained what everything was. I could imagine there is a risk of crosscontamination since the plates are prepared close together.

Helaas na vooraf meerdere keren aangegeven te hebben of het glutenvrij kon en bevestiging vanuit het restaurant, toch ziek geworden.
Wellicht omdat in de open keuken veel gerechtjes bij elkaar stonden om uit te serveren.

They have every 3 weeks a new ‘surprise’ menu. They adjust the food perfectly and the staff remembers know which foods don't have gluten! I I have eaten there many times :)
