Fabulous service after a 30min plus wait for seating. Showed my Japanese translation card and my meal was ordered on tablet for me. Manager brought out my meal packet sauces separate and tagged as allergen. Ordered med size nothing extra and it was plenty big enough. I didn't use the sauces and I wasn't sure about the vinegar in them as I used google translate scan to check ingredients. But as I knew alot of their vinegar has barley I skipped it. Order child's allergen hamburger patty which came with shredded coleslaw and rice. Mayo and salad dressing in separate packs on side

Bikkuri Donki is a hamburg steak chain restaurant. It has a milk, egg, and gluten-free hamburg steak set meal. The meal comes with a hamburg steak, rice, and side salad. Milk-, egg-, and gluten-free salad dressing and mayonnaise are provided. The meal comes out marked as allergen-free. It’s one of the better hamburg steaks I’ve had, and the provided dressings are a nice touch. I ordered the small size meal, but you can order a large which comes with more rice.
You place your order on a tablet, which can be changed to Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and English. On the tablet there is a QR code which takes you to a nutritional information charter which includes allergen information. When your food is served to you, you are also given a receipt with a QR code on it. When you pay, you go to the front of the store and scan your receipt at a machine. It will handle payment and can also be switched to other languages.
