I got terribly glutened here. There was no care whatsoever for my allergies and I am a celiac.

Bill Miller's has several gluten free options. Is it the best BBQ out there? Nope, but it is inexpensive, fast, and tasty. Especially the baked chicken. Highly recommended!

Wow! After staying in an expensive resort and having limited GF options I tried this place because I love brisket. It was excellent! The manager handed me a list of all the GF options and there were many. The iced tea was awesome!! Looking forward to coming back again soon! Very reasonable prices for excellent food! Was not sick after eating brisket- potato salad slaw and tea!

Large variety of options! Separate GF menu & the management was very knowledgable & helpful. Yummy BBQ!

Almost everything is gluten-free, bread and desserts withstanding. Brisket, sausage, broiled chicken, sides all safe. The staff seems knowledgeable.

We go here weekly and Isaac always helps us on Friday nights. He remembers what is safe for me to eat and is helpful. Their website lists what is GF and the dozens of times I’ve eaten there I’ve thankfully never been glutened. We always eat in house. Have had this same chain place at a different location with the same great food. Check it out.

Gluten free sides and I was told all meat except turkey is gluten free. The BBQ is not exceptional (sauce is very thin and tastes watered down) but they do have a drive through so it is convenient.
It’s cafeteria style which concerned me. The manager came & went thru how the food was prepared. It was delicious & definitely a place the locals come to. We would go back if we weren’t leaving tomorrow.

Stopped by for bbq... told only the turkey is GF. Very disappointing. Also is more a cafeteria style dining experience. Not a good option for GF.

The food was good, and there was a variety of choices. I didn't get sick, and I am a very sensitive Celiac.
