Review of Bill Spoon's Barbecue

I went in asking if their sauce was gluten free friendly and without hesitation she replied that it was just vinegar and spices ( I am not from nc, apparently this is the norm). Their coleslaw is a mayonaise/mustard base and delicious... again all north carolina traditionals but delicious and mind blowing to me.They didn't hesitate to check ingredients with the kitchen and we're very happy to help. Not a GF facility but very GF friendly.
