Jan 27, 2023 - Noticed corn tortilla fish tacos on the menu, so were seated and waited for the server so I could ask about the ingredients. We were greeted by Food & Beverage Manager, Kekai Dow. She went over the menu items that could be made GF, then actually went to the kitchen to bring the Chef, Clem Kaimiola, out to our table. He reviewed the ingredients of the fish tacos with me & assured me that they could be made absolutely GF, without any cross contamination.
The Mahi Mahi fish tacos were amazing...so good we ate there four times! The service was great & the staff incredible! These are the BEST fish tacos in Kailua-Kona.
Travelling with Celiac disease is difficult...this restaurant has it down to an art. Please support them! I know we will!!!
