I got the bills burger and a ceaser salad as a side. Fries are gluten free but cooked in the same fryer as the onion rings(which are not gluten free). So not a dedicated gluten free fryer. Food was good.

Burger and fries are amazing! Dont understand why this place gets bad reviews. Buns are fluffy and round. Milkshakes are on top and the food comes out pretty fast even though its a big restaurant.

We had a very knowledgeable waitress, which was comforting. They have a dedicated fryer for French Fries. They also pour a nice drink (Margaritas with fresh lime juice😊)

The down side - no appetizers were gluten free and the choice of entrees was limited

The waitress didn’t even ask if we wanted to order drinks. Food was just ok. Can’t have any of the sauces on your burger because they add flour to them. Slightly disappointed

Awesome gluten free buns here. The portions are huge but definitely the best gluten free buns I've tried so far.

First of all one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. They had a delicious gf bun which is nice because not all burger places have that and a burger is much better with a bun then without a bun. The fries are cooked in a separate frier which makes me have no worries of cross contamination here. I totally recommend eating here.

Excellent burger with GF bun dedicated fryer. Also sweet potato fries gf too. They let you know re sauces so no special sauce on the burger but still great food, quick service and knowledgeable staff.

Had the shrimp sandwich on a gluten free bun. It's been 2 hours and I'm not sick, so thats a bonus. The fries are gf but they said there could be cross contamination, so we stayed away from them. They were super busy. We got a quick bite to go, didn't really look the full menu over.

Had a wonderful meal! Ordered the Bills Burger on GF bun ***NO special sauce*** and it was so tasty! Also, I asked about fries and they said they are fried separately so I got them and had no issues! My waitress was very knowledgeable! Great experience :)

I liked this place. I do not think the gluten free bun was Udi’s (although they are good, too). I am not celiac. I had the sweet potato waffle fries and the “Big Cat” burger on a gluten-free bun. I had no adverse reaction and it was very good.

NO DEDICATED FRIER. Service was very slow. Food was good, nothing special. Udi's buns.

Not only was the service poor, but my Celiac kiddo got super sick. We explained the needs and they assured us that everything was safe. Burger arrived with GF bun and French fries. Asked again to confirm it was all safe and got an eye roll and “I’ll check.” Now I’m walking around NYC with kid who needs a bathroom every 5 minutes.

My experience at this restaurant was abysmal. I ordered take out with a group of ten and somehow the waiter only put in half of our order even after I asked him to read it back to me. We then had to go back two more times after they said our order was ready because they had forgotten various items. I explicitly said I had celiac disease and asked to avoid cross contamination. I got a turkey burger on a gluten free bun. The waiter told me multiple times I would be fine but of course I got extremely sick. This restaurant was incredibly disappointing and I would NOT recommend.

Was really looking forward to visiting after reading reviews. Unfortunately, the dedicated GF fryer was broken. Burger was decent. Not a lot of choices. Burgers and fries only GF items. Will try somewhere else on my next visit to NYC.

great food. they have a dedicated fryer for fries. gf buns for burgers. my daughter also had a milkshake which was gf. server seemed very knowledgeable.

Loved our dinner here. Dedicated fryer for fries and sweet potato fries. Gluten free buns and lots of options. I’m gluten and dairy free and loved this. Server was great!

All burgers gf--beef, turkey, veggie and grilled shrimp burger (very good)--gf buns. Several hard cider options.

Excellent food and my waitress, Stazi, was very knowledgable about g-f. Had the delicious burger with a great tasting g-f bun...and best of all was the fries that are cooked in their own fryer. Delicious food and a great atmosphere!

Don't trust the food here if you're very sensitive or celiac. Gluten free buns but the waiter wasn't very helpful and the salad I ordered without croutons had a TON of crouton crumbs mixed in. Could have ruined my day in the city if I hadn't noticed.

It was very noisy and crowded. Waiter was impatient but answered all of our questions. The burger wasn't very good, but the gluten free bun was amazing. The classic fries were in a seperate frier and also tasted good.

Great burger and fries(they used a separate fryer)! Our waiter asked if I had an allergy and I let them know I had Celiac. They clearly labeled my plate. We went around 12pm for lunch on New Years Eve and service was super quick and our waiter was very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Good food! Great burgers and salads. We have a Gluten/Wheat allergy, and our food was kept safe. We did not get sick. Also one member of our family has a severe Peanut/Tree Nut Allergy. They reassured us no Peanuts, No Nuts. It was great! Fries and grill uses Soy Oil. We were very happy with our dinner. Our waiter, Keith, was very kind, caring, helpful, he spoke with the Chef about our food allergies. The restaurant is a two floor (ground floor and basement levels for seating). Keep in mind it is also a bar and has loud music. It has subway access right to the downstairs dining area and bar until 11:00 pm. Thank you!

Delicious burgers with gluten free bun and the fry's were done in a separate fryer. And when it came out it my plate was marked👍👍👍👍

Food took about 30+ minutes for two cheeseburgers. There was no bacon on my mom's burger like she asked. I got two bites into mine before realizing the bottom bun was not gluten free. They switched the bottom buns of my mom and I. Took 20 minutes to remake my burger. They were not even very good burgers unfortunately. When all was said and done, we were very understanding, and they charged us for everything, including the bacon. Never again!

Dedicated fryer for fries. Burgers were good and the kids enjoyed themselves. Great for celiacs!

I gave it 3 stars because it was a gluten free meal. The hamburger reminded us of what you get in the cafeteria. It was eat-able but not great.

All burgers can be made GF but the fries are not. Disappointing. Head to bare burger instead

Our waitress was amazing and was able to tell us exactly what was safe for our celiac daughter. They have gf buns and a dedicated fryer for the French fries. My daughter loved her burger. An added bonus was that it was a really big and comfortable restaurant.

Food was excellent!! Friendly knowledgeable staff. Only reason for the 4 star is only coleslaw available for a side.

Gluten free bun. No specific gluten free menu. Had the Fat Cat! Do not get the special sauce (contains gluten). They recommend a salad as a side without croutons. I had cesar salad and finished off with a chocolate milk shake.

Hard to tell what other options could be safe, but the staff seems knowledgeable and willing to help with questions.
