We absolutely love Bill’s pizza and have been going to them for 20 years! The food is delicious! And we know the owners and they are wonderful people. However, that being said, I’m a very sensitive Celiac (for the last 3 years)… I am reactive to cross-contamination. I cannot eat their pizza. Even though it’s cooked on a separate pan, it is made in the same oven as gluten pizza… And therefore, has cross-contamination. I have reacted to it unfortunately. It’s delicious, but NOT safe for people who are super sensitive.
