Went to this cozy pretty restaurant to try out their homemade Detroit style gluten free pizza. They also offer gluten free cauliflower crust (brought in dough) I called prior to going and spoke to the chef to make sure the homemade dough would be celiac safe and to see if there is a protocol for cross contamination. The chef makes his own crust for the Detroit style and it was amazing, fresh and such a treat and a big size square pizza. We also shared a Cesar salad (no croutons) which was a very generous size and very good. Chef delivered the gluten free food and checked on us during dinner. I highly recommend this for a safe special pizza experience.
