Great job! This seemed to be their first time having to deal with celiac but they had a detailed allergen menu. I printed out cards in german depicting what they needed to do for me to be safe but they also spoke english. Honestly, we made them so nervous that I trust they handled me safely. They promised everything would be prepared in a separate area and told me all of the options that I could eat. We had the chana masala and the tandoori chicken both were delicious. It’s the next day and I feel perfectly okay so I think they were true to their word.
