I can't believe this place has an many stars as it does. There were no issues with gluten or anything along those lines but the food was so burned it in inedible. There were six of us that got food ranging from BLT to burgers to chicken burgers with a bunch of sides to share. The bacon was literally dark black like charcoal and the fries and sweet potato fries were so hard that nobody at them. My chicken burger was so crunchy I broke off part of my tooth. The food also took way longer to make than they said, but at least we know it took so long because they were overcooking everything. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because nobody got sick.

The sweet potato fries and tater tots were amazing! I thought my burger patty was a bit small and over cooked though, so that was a bummer. I appreciate the knowledge of gluten free though.

Delicious GF burgers and fries! Just make sure you double check your order is correct when served. Had a sauce with allergen on the burger that had to be sent back. They fixed it and no issues.

I am always hesitant to try out burger places but this place was great. Dedicated frier for the regular fries. I was unclear on the rest when I ordered but seems like all the friers are gf. The burger was great as well as the gf bun. They have all sorts of gf sauces for the fries. They have one part of the grill used for gf but warn that is the one possible area of cross contamination. Food was great and I didn’t get sick.

Delicious burger and fries probably the best I’ve ever had! They were very accommodating and polite about all my gluten and dairy free questions. Only the bbq sauce and ketchup were dairy free but they made up for it with the amount of gluten free sides on the menu!

The burgers and fries are pretty good. A gluten free bun is available. Lots of sauces and sides to choose from. I usually get the sweet potato fries. Everything is gluten free except the regular bun.

Love it here! Staff was friendly and helpful. Dedicated gf fryer- yay- so I got to choose from all the fried things. Ordered the 50/50 (regular and sweet potato) and they were hot and crispy, just the way I like them. Burger was good too. Hubby had a chicken sandwich and he said it was "solid". They have a gf bun but I decided to skip it since I was having the fries. In a cute area of downtown Colorado Springs. For sure with a visit.

This was an amazing gluten free burger place with so many options and there were only two options on the menu that were not gluten free (onion rings and Brussels sprouts). Highly recommend!!

I ate at this restaurant this past weekend. While there is not a gluten free menu, the staff appeared very knowledgeable about the ingredients and was more than happy to check on anything. In addition to my whole family being gluten free I have multiple food allergies. I felt that they took me seriously and were eager to make it a safe dining experience. The burgers were delicious and so were the fries. If I’m ever in that area again I would definitely eat there again.

Absolutely love this place! We can't do dairy or gluten and they made sure to note that when ordering and even double checked their sauce to make sure it didn't have dairy. You can even get the gluten free bun on the kids menu items which is awesome! Having a dedicated fryer is definitely a win in my book too.

The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They offer a lettuce wrap or delicious GF bun as GF options for the burger. The bun is $2.50 extra but worth it! My husband tried my burger before his gluten-full one and said that if we visit again he is getting the GF bun for himself because he liked it better.
On the day we went, we were told that they had to get their fries frozen that day when they normally cut them fresh themselves, so they couldn’t guarantee their safety. We got the tots instead and they were incredible. All the sauces are gluten free and there are many dairy free options for toppings and sauces as well. They also offer GF beer and had a dedicated tap line for a GF cider. I believe the soda was all GF as well. It was clearly marked on the order which burger and tots were gluten free and needed separate protocol. I am very sensitive to cross contact and did not get sick. This is a must visit!

Wonderful food and amazing customer service. I ordered the regular burger on their gluten free bun, sweet potato tots, regular tots, and 50/50 fries. All of their sides and sauces are gluten free. The employees are very knowledgeable about what items are safe and the food is incredible.
Only obstacle I ran into was that I ordered my food to be delivered at my hotel through the official Bingo Burger app. My food was delivered to the wrong hotel (across the street), which wasn’t the restaurant’s fault. Thankfully, I was able to get that sorted, and the restaurant still offered me a refund for the inconvenience.
Thank you so much for making my stay in CO Springs that much more special!

Food was sooo good! The gluten free bun was the best I’ve maybe ever had being gf for 10 years. I have celiac and am very sensitive to cross contamination and had no reaction. They have a designated fryer so I was able to have the sweet potato fries! Haven’t had those in so long. Wonderful food!

Cute hamburger spot with excellent food. Burgers were yummy and juicy. They were very GF conscious. All the sides and sauces are GF. You can do a GF bun or lettuce wrap. My Celiac kid was thrilled to get tater tots! Highly recommend it. If we had been in town longer, we would have gone again.

I stated I have celiac disease when I went to order. The employee immediately said all the “right things” and then went to the back to immediately tell the people that were making the food. He told me ahead of time the only things I couldn’t have (regular bun and onion rings). Service was excellent. Food was excellent. (Felt great when Later that night). Staff was very knowledgeable about cross contamination. Will DEFINITELY go back! Well done!

Bingo Burger is a totally safe environment for folks with Celiac Disease. The only non-GF item is the regular bun. I had the Boilermaker burger and chili-cheese fries. Everything tasted excellent and fresh, with locally-sourced ingredients. Be sure to try one of their Boozy Shakes made with spirits from 1350 Distillery - another great local establishment.

It was great, the gluten free bun tasted great would definitely recommend it

Very delicious burger. They can make every thing gluten free and the staff was very knowledgeable about cross contamination.

Great experience!! Amy, the manager was extremely helpful and assured me that they're very careful with the gluten free needs of their customers. Had the lamb burger on a gluten free bun with the sweet potatoe fries!! Can't wait to go back :)
Was told it would be a gluten free meal. Let me say it was not! Diarrhea and vomiting about 90 minutes after we finished.
No
We stopped here when we arrived in Colorado Springs on vacation. I wasn’t really in the mood for a burger that night, but it was the first place that popped up in our search that looked celiac safe. It didn’t take long for them to win me over. The staff was very knowledgeable, and instead of listing for me what I could have, they listed the 4 (yes, only 4) items I could not have. The gluten free rolls were from a local bakery, and that made me very happy since one of the popular brands frequently used by restaurants causes me to have a reaction even though they are labeled GF. They also have a dedicated fryer. My meal was very good. Highly recommend!

Our favorite burgers! Just passing through; ate here July 2 and 3. We are a 4-celiac family. Staff was great with gluten-free.

The staff understood my questions about dedicated fryer space and made sure to add “food allergy” for the kitchen so they understood it wasn’t just a preference but a necessity. Felt like a normal person for a change!
Yes
Very good burger! The staff was knowledgeable and there were plenty of GF options. Local GF bun was good. Separate fryer for fries, and tots. All the sauces were GF too. Plenty of options for vegan as well.

If you want a gluten free burger & fries—this is the place to go! Warning large portions! Pay attention to the patty sizes, number of patties per burger and size of fries. My favorite burger is the Bessemer. I always ask the clerk to place an allergy alert for gluten on my order with the Bessemer on a gluten free bun, cut in half without the bbq sauce. It’s nice and juicy without any sauce and more manageable. I can’t finish the burger if I order the fries or a soda—so it’s water and a yummy burger for me!
Yes
Great service and so many gf choices.
The cashier was friendly and was able to talk about the precautions they take for Celiacs. They don’t have a separate grill space for gluten free. They’ll scape it down and clean it when your ticket has an allergy alert on it. No gluten goes in the fryers. The GF burger came out marked with a skewer in it.
Overall friendly staff and a decent burger. The sweet potato fries with the Rosemary Basil sauce were really good. We went in during a time they weren’t busy which made me a little less anxious about the shared grill space.
Yes
Safe as can be, staff was on top of it and they have a dedicated fryer
Yes
Definitely celiac friendly! Dedicated fryer for the fries, sweet potato were really good. They clean off the grill and take extra precautions when they know there is a food allergy. All dry dipping sauces were gf, and they even had some vegan options.
Yes
This was going well until I found a hair in the bottom of my burger basket. I only had two bites left. All three of the cooks were bearded with no nets on. They are knowledgeable about the gluten issues however, and that is what the three stars are for.
Yes
They had quite a few gluten free options. A lot like Smash burger. Had cool sodas and vibe
The server went out of his way to make sure we had a safe meal, even cleaning the shake machine to make my son a delicious GF shake. The GF buns were pretty tasty, burgers are huge and we enjoyed all varieties of fries.
Yes
Delicious burger and sweet potato fries. Apparently the only gluten containing items are the regular buns.
