The items aren't separately listed, but the cook with use different sauce (instead of soy). A little difficult to communicate with the takeout counter, as she wasn't familiar, but she brought the cook out to talk. A bit of a language barrier but we had a recommendation from someone 10 Years diagnosed celiac, so we trusted the recommendation. We were not disappointed
