Birch Coffee

One of the workers has Celiac so she guided me to their pre-made gluten free treats! I got the banana bread. Since they have gluten items on sale behind the counter, all of the GF items were made in a different facility and wrapped in plastic to prevent cross contamination. Been coming daily for coffee and a baked treat for about a month now, and haven’t even had a hint of cross contamination. It’s always nice to have somewhere you can take a non-celiac and also be able to get something for yourself!
