First place I stopped at when coming into town. Menu stated 100% gluten free fried chicken. it was also clearly labeled what items were gf. When I got my fried chicken meal I was in shock that it was gluten free. Super crispy chicken could hardly tell it was gluten free. New favorite place!

This place is so good, and I would say it’s a must stop unless you’re celiac. There are contamination issues, especially when they’re busy.

For most celiacs, a brewery is like garlic to a vampire!!! Well, walk past the beer at the Outer Range Brewery and you will find a little walk up window they sells fried chicken and few other selections, and all GF! Holy cow…or this case Holy Chicken… this stuff is good! You can get chicken sandwiches but I chose the half bird, served with rice and it was great. Frisco is a gateway town to Breckenridge and if you are GF don’t drive through it and hope for better in the ski town. This restaurant and Frisco in general is a great GF town!

Tasty, delicious Asian-inspired fried chicken. We had a bowl and the wings. Both so tasty. Not normally food Celiacs get to eat. Knew what Celiac was. Order at a take-out window of sorts inside Outer Range Brewery and you can sit anywhere inside/outside to eat with your drink.
My daughter (8 years), husband and I loved it! Will be back.

Love this place! So nice for people with food allergies to have options at a brewery!! They have a whole binder they can look up for ingredient allergens other than gluten. The food is absolutely delicious.

We go here every time we are in the area now. A cashier takes your order. Specify celiac or GF when you order and ask for the GF bun to be warmed up in an area that isn’t near the regular buns. I think the only thing they have that has gluten is the ice cream cones and the buns. We usually ask for to go since there aren’t always places to sit. We often get the chicken sandwich on a GF bun for our meal and also order a half or whole chicken. The chicken is still crunchy and yummy when it’s cold and is an easy meal for later. For our most recent trip we did this and picked up a GF Taylor Farms salad from Safeway. Not all of their salads are GF, but we really like their kale salad and broccoli crunch salads.

Any vote under 5stars is a troll. Delicious food, literally the only thing they have that has gluten is a bun that they don’t bake there it’s pre packaged.
Do yourself a favor and come here

The gf fried chicken is delicious, and most of the menu is gf. We had the bird bowl, an unusual fusion Thai inspired rice bowl with mint and lime and fried chicken. It was outstanding.
The setting is kind of odd - essentially a take away window in a space shared with a distillery and a coffee shop with semi indoors and outdoor seating. There was no table open in the place on a rainy Friday, so we took our food to go.

We are here right now and it is NOT 100% gluten free as advertised. They have gluten buns and gluten ice cream cones. Very upsetting.

The Bird Bowl was good, but my rating would have been higher if I was able to speak to a manager/cook when I called early. I didn’t have as much confidence in what the person working the counter explained to me about their prep/food. The listing says dedicated GF, but they do have gluten in their facility.

Hands down, the best gluten free fried chicken I've ever had. Everything is gluten free except the bun on the chicken sandwich, but that can be substituted. Curry soup was excellent as well. Bird Craft gets my highest recommendation!!

Ate here in the beginning of January. Delicious food with a cool atmosphere. Felt fine afterwards- I got a curry which was the special and something else with raw fish and avocado. They were both great- my boyfriend got the fried chicken- best gluten free fried chicken I’ve had.

Awesome little find. Actually went in to get coffee as its three establishments under one roof and found this gem. Right on the menu on the wall says 100% GF. Actually had the owner take our order and he has celiacs. Everything is GF. Whoop whoop. We had the half chicken and friend had chicken bowl. So good. The “tots” were so good too. If you like fried chicken and Thai inspired sauces, this is your place.
