Varias opciones gluten free. Existe riesgo de contaminación cruzada ya que la cocina es muy chica. En mi experiencia, no tuve problemas con el avocado toast ni ensalada de salmon pero si me he sentido mal despues de comer cosas dulces (estan todas en el mismo lugar)
