I love their gluten free almond butter bar, but the server told me there was no way to avoid cross contamination with any of the foods in the kitchen

Small menu as it's a Cafe, but the majority if the breakfast and lunch items can be made gluten free. They offered to toast my GF bread on the griddle instead of their normal conveyor to avoid contamination. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great atmosphere, coffee and a lot of gluten free options. Banana bread is a favorite! A must if you are in Birmingham. Easy take out and go.
