Review of Biscotti Diana Sans Gluten

My name is Pia and I have been diagnosed with Celiac disease since 8 years now. I have struggled for many, many years trying to find gluten free products that are truly authentic.

Biscotti Diana is AUTHENTIC, as Authentic as you can find.

Biscotti Diana Gluten Free Sans Gluten is an AMAZING Supplier of Gluten Free delicious deserts and breads.

She makes San Giuseppe Zeppole to die for. I could never celebrate Saint Joseph with the famous Zeppole that my parents use to make. Now, I found someone who makes a variety of flavours that are absolutely scrumptious.

I love the Nutcase Cookies (my absolute favourite) and Baci di Dama are out of this WORLD! Highly recommended for parties and get togethers.

Biscotti Diana - CARROT CAKE - "Very generous with her ingredients" and the most authentic gluten free carrot cake I have ever tasted.

Her TOAST Bread and Rosemary Olive Breads are a nice option if you love breakfast. The Toast is exactly the type of bread I love for my jam and butter. Rosemary Olive Bread is delicious with a supper meal of spaghetti and or meats and vegetables with sauce. It is quite filling so one slice is perfect with your meal.

Last but not least, The Marco Ice Cream and Vegan Bomba ice cream are just perfect for an event and if you love the sandwich type. These are absolutely to die for and the ingredients cannot be found in any other gluten free products.

I am blessed for having found BISCOTTI DIANA in Laval and my orders hover around the $200 mark but the products can be frozen and last me months.
