How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

They had several gluten free items on menu. They made one entree gf by making substitutions. When asked about dedicated fryer for home style potatoes (fries) and substitutions the cashier immediately brought over a manager which seemed to fully understand celiac. Although he volunteered that there was a risk of cross contamination (it is a biscuit based restaurant after all) we felt assured the risk would be minimal and that he would make sure the risk was minimized. Delicious and no issues! Will eat here again.
