Review of Biscuit Bitch

Extremely busy spot! They tell you the wait time on a sign and everyone is hanging out outside. You order and pay on your phone then pick it up once called at the window.

Online ordering clearly allowed for GF options. When my order was ready I asked if everything was made separately they said yes - knew I was taking a contamination risk here not discussing details prior to the order. I got a bacon, egg, cheese on a biscuit and a peach iced tea. It was good, and I didn't ever get symptoms thankfully! But it wasn't the best GF biscuit I've ever had for me it was just okay as a biscuit & breakfast lover (best were in Charleston, SC & Richmond, VA!). Glad to have tried it while in town, but could see it being risky. This location seems to have better ratings for safety.
