Biscuit Doodle

Fellow Biscuit Doodle employee here! As a Celiac myself, I wondered what GF options they would have, so I wanted to share.

In short, this place may be great for anyone that is gluten sensitive, but is probably not safe for celiacs. The homefries and tater tots are GF, but fried in the same fryer as breaded chicken and hush puppies. There is a lot of bread & gluten in the kitchen, so cross contamination from crumbs happens pretty easily.

For those who maybe aren’t as sensitive and want a gluten friendlier option, all of the specialty biscuits can be made as a bowl without the biscuit and put on home fries instead, which are small diced potatoes. The loaded tots are great, and there is also a chicken avocado Cobb salad, fruit cups & a fruit parfait.

The gravy and cheese sauce both have gluten as well fyi!
