The food was really good, ordered a gluten free biscuit sandwich with a side biscuit and pimiento cheese. It was most certainly cross contaminated. Not safe if you have celiac.

I had two poached eggs, GF biscuit, bacon and home fries. The home fries are not fried in a separate fryer so if you’re sensitive you may want to stay away. Honestly? If I were ordering again I’d just order 2 biscuits and bacon. They have a “jam bar” with all sorts of jams to put on your biscuit. The biscuit was large and delish

Might be the worst gf biscuit I have ever eaten. Was disappointed that the only Meats that were gf were the pulled pork and country ham. Will never go here again Edit to add got cross contaminated also, to top things off

Items are marked on the menu and they will make a note on the ticket. I still ask to confirm GF upon receipt of food, but have eaten here 4 times since my diagnosis and have not gotten sick. I got the Asheville Benedict and it was delicious!

Love coming here to eat. Buisuts are good size and very tasty. Been multiple times and only had one mess up where they brought me a regular buiscut instead of a gf but I quickly realized it was not right and they apologized and changed it very quick. Just double check it’s gf when ordering. I’ve never gotten sick from eating here.

Heard about the gluten free biscuits and had to give it a try. Ordered the classic breakfast sandwich on a gf biscuit, and it comes with a side, so I asked for bacon. They asked if the gluten free was a preference or an allergy and I answered allergy, and they let me know that the bacon is cross contaminated. So thankful for that diligence and heads up! Wound up with the pimento cheese grits instead. Definitely recommend!

Always so good. They have the best gluten free biscuits and now they have the jelly pre packed due to COVID. When I told them I had an allergy they did everything they could to keep everything separate. When I asked about the sausage they said it used a shared fryer but they were able to cook it on the stove instead.

Lots of delicious GF options, but I wish they had a GF southern style gravy for the biscuits. The only GF gravy was sort of spicy.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The GF biscuits are delicious! I had eggs, veggie chorizo, and country ham. They also have several varieties of fresh jam! Would return.

I ordered a gluten free biscuit with gravy through kickback avl. I made the very wrong assumption that you wouldn’t be able to order gluten containing gravies with a gluten free biscuit since the gravy was selected on the same screen where you pick a gluten-free biscuit. There’s also no allergy info on said food delivery site's menu. I even put that I had a gluten allergy in the special requests section. Anyway after taking my first bite of my gravy dipped biscuit I noticed on the receipt taped to the bag had "not gluten free gvy" written on it. Called the place and asked about it, apparently they told the delivery guy to inform us about the gravy, but it was a no contact delivery. They should’ve wrote their note on the gravy container or tried to contact me instead of sending the delivery off as is. I of course didn’t do my due diligence because all of this information was on their website’s menu. Still the fact that they didn’t do more leads me to believe that this isn’t a great establishment to go to if you have a gluten allergy or celiac. Other restaurants have contacted me when i order gluten containing items for my girlfriends along with gluten-free items for myself. I write this message with the worst stomach pain I’ve had in a long time.

I am a highly sensitive Celiac and I felt the server was very knowledgeable and confident that it would be safe. I had no reaction and it was possibly one of the best meals I’ve had while eating out since needing to go GF. The biscuit was amazing!! I got the pulled pork biscuit sandwich with jalapeño pimento cheese. Bacon is not gluten free (same fryer) but they substituted with ham which still was great. Definitely recommend.

Staff recommended that if I am celiac, I should not eat there. There's flour all over the place in the kitchen and while they try to prevent cross contamination, there's no way to completely prevent it with the flour in the air in a small kitchen. We thought with so many good reviews this would be a safe bet, but I didn't risk trying the food after speaking with the staff.

WOW. As a celiac + vegetarian this is the place to go to! I had a gf biscuit breakfast sandwich and their veggie chorizo. They have TONS of options! I’d recommend calling ahead to place an order- we ordered for 4 people at 11:00 am on a Saturday and it only took them 15 min to get ready. Walked right up to the counter when we got there (while others were lined up outside waiting for forever)
The best blend of comfort and modern! The menu was very clear on Gfree options and cross contamination possibilities (the jam, for instance). I ate something I wouldn’t normally eat because I knew I could be adventurous! Great for non-Gfree also.
Biscuits we're yummy but not a lot of other options. This place is crazy busy, so we ordered the food to go and enjoyed it at the park. Try the rosemary peach jam.
My favorite place in Asheville! I get the gluten free brisket biscuit. FYI Bacon is fried in a not safe fryer. Staff is knowledgeable
The best gf biscuits anywhere! If you’re in the area you have to get some. Remember to taste their jam! Lots of gf choices and the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Love this place!

Delicious food! I have celiac and am very sensitive to gluten and cross contamination. I had the gf biscuit with pulled pork and eggs. It was very good! The server recommended I not eat anything that goes in the fryer (including bacon) due to c/c issues. Very knowledgeable staff! Will dine here again!
