I asked what was gluten free and servers had no idea, they checked the allergen booklet and told me what was. I asked for my order to be labelled gluten free, they refused and said they will make sure it is made and brought out separately (don’t know why it is hard to put GF in brackets).

When the food was ready the waitress brought it out with the rest of my families food. He had no knowledge of it being a gluten free order, had his glove touching gluten and then touched my potato.

My food came with crisps on the plate that weren’t gluten free.

Spoke to who I presume to be the manager, she told me to eat around the crisps. I said his finger touched my food and she got slightly defensive and annoyed at me wanting it to be changed.
