Review of Bistro 201

I asked about gluten-free items, the waitress wasn’t sure so she checked with the chief. He personally came out and discussed options. He was extremely helpful. I ended up choosing the Arroz con Mariscos. It was amazing. They also had Peruvian Locro de Zapallo (pumpkin stew) that is gluten-free.
