Separate kitchen for gluten free items, and both are in view of indoor customers, and we were treated like any regular restaurant goers, not celiac restaurant goers. All gluten free foods are prepared in the gluten free area, so cross contamination safety is there by default.

Seriously, if you're in Malta you should definitely check out the Valletta Waterfront, and while you're there try Bistro 516
