Since it was our first visit, we spoke to the chef on the phone beforehand to ask about the process for decreasing cross-contamination. We were put as ease and told to tell our server when we arrived to ensure all necessary precautions would be taken during our food preparation. There was a gluten free soup option and dessert option for the night as well as many other gluten free items offered on the menu. The jumbo shrimp and gratin potatoes were super yummy!
