Review of Bistro LeRoux

Wow. It is chef owned and operated and you can certainly tell! The flavors are created like an art form and quite masterfully so. They have a gluten guide listing in order of the menu a simple “yes” or “no” ... or a modification to a dish to make it a “yes”. It takes the guess work out and also gives a little assurance as well! Gosh, I just have to repeat: the flavors are so in-depth and layered!!! The most delicious gluten free food I’ve had in as long as I can remember. Jon was so nice and very helpful regarding my questions and recommendations of the area etc. he certainly added to our excellent experience!! We will certainly be back.
