I have Celiac. I was nervous about eating out because the menu states risk of gluten contamination due to gluten in the same kitchen where food is prepared I decided to be brave and try it. The waiter assured me they take Celiac very seriously and try very hard to avoid contamination. I really am impressed with this resort. Chefs, waiters and waitresses are knowledgeable and helpful. I ate a bunless burger and fruit although they do offer GF buns. The food was delicious and I felt great after. Will try again
