I have celiac , based on reviews I saw here we made a dinner reservation. Very well informed server , ordered the gf pork chop with Boursin mashed potatoes and spinach with mushrooms . The bourbon bacon jam was served on the side in a separate dish , I could not eat that as there is Rye in Bourbon . My husband ate that . I felt very safe and had no issues . I felt they took my celiac situation very seriously . My meal was delicious and I would recommend this restaurant.
