This place is a MUST in Bruges. Make a reservation! The host is so lovely and very knowledgeable about gluten-free. Delicious Belgian craft cider as well as multiple menu options that either are gluten-free or can be modified. Host assured me the fries have their own fryer and were also delicious. Everyone really enjoyed their meal here, can’t recommend highly enough. Not in a touristy area either, which is cool.
