Review of Bistro Red Beet

This place gets 5 stars from me for their commitment to supporting local agriculture and because the facility is 100% gluten free. They also have many DF items as well. The biggest opportunity for improvement that I can see is increasing portion size and value perception. I'm a fairly small person and haven't found their portion sizes to be adequate.
