I’ve eaten at the bistro for years, and when I started eating gluten free (and now celiac) they have been so gracious in accommodating my dinner experience. They offer Milton’s gluten free crackers in place of bread and even serve it with a separate bowl of oil and spices for dipping. They offer a great assortment of appetizers and salads that are either already gluten free or can be modified (ie. no croutons), my favorite is the oven roasted tomatoes and their Caesar salad. I usually ask about their soup to see if it’s an option for me. I only ever order their steak, and they always assure their Demi glaze is house made and gluten free. Dessert usually has 2 options that are gluten free. And I usually order their martinellis or their ginger lemonade (it’s amazing). This is our favorite restaurant anywhere, and we always appreciate Steve and the staff hosting us well.
