I am new to eating glutenfree (diagnosed celiac 3 months ago at 27 years old). My idea of eating gluten free food was that it is always dry and disgusting. Bistró proved me wrong. It is the best food I've ever eaten, with and without gluten. I came back 3 times during my 3 day trip in Milan. A must visit!
