I had organized my meals at Fico Eataly world based on their website. online there was a section dedicated to gluten free in which this restaurant was indicated. but when I showed up there and asked for options for celiacs, they showed me some (french fries and potato rosti with onion), underlining, however, the presence of cross-contamination. not recommended for celiacs!
