Review of Bite Bistro & Wine Bar

The menu lists several GF options, but the server seemed dismissive when I asked her to alert the kitchen and request a glove change. I ordered a GF salad that did not require modification. It was excellent and I felt well after. I would eat a salad here again when staying in the hotel, but would not attempt to ask for any changes, just eat the Gf options as is.
