Yummy lobster roll! I didn’t see a gf bun marked on the truck menu, but when I asked they said they had them. They were knowledgeable about cross contamination, changed gloves, and suggested a dipping sauce instead of contaminated butter they brush on regular rolls.

The menu says GF but it’s an option. Very accommodating and willing to make it right. Mostly my fault I didn’t ask.

Very very good with cross-contamination protocols! I had a GF lobster roll, with melted butter. They were very knowledgeable and cooked everything on foil and even used a new stick of butter to melt butter. No reaction!
Now, in my opinion, lobster is way overrated, but everything did taste good. No upcharge for the GF bun!

I am normally extremely wary of food trucks however after having a conversation with the people working at the truck today I decided to have a lobster roll here. They use Udis buns. Everyone was meticulous in changing gloves multiple times, getting a fresh container of lobster, wrapping my bun in tin foil to warm on the grill, using fresh utensils etc. They even melted some butter on tin foil for me. It does sound like you must specify you require no CC. Overall I was delightfully impressed. I’ll also add how patient they were in answering my questions about gluten as well as questions about peanuts and eggs (my toddler is allergic to both) despite there being a long line. I’ll also mention there isn’t a ton of shade nearby and that the line got long by noon so I recommend ordering as close to 11am as possible. Perfect visit to the lighthouse thanks to the hard working folks of Bite into Maine.
