They were excellent!! They had gluten free hot dog buns for the lobster rolls and gluten free buns for all the sandwiches. They asked if it was an allergy or a preference and one of the workers can’t eat gluten so they knew about cross contamination on the grill. Loved this place and would definitely come back!

Very knowledgeable about Celiac. They were able to make a gluten free lobster roll and it was amazing! They ensured they have a separate space to make it, used gloves, and foil on the cooking surface. They were great and allowed me fully enjoy a true lobster roll! I would make sure to ask staff first about gluten free procedures since they have food trucks with other staff at other locations.
