Review of Bite

I ordered a fresh dip sandwich to go with mashed potatoes on the side instead of fries. I was very explicit about Celiac, etc. I happened to open the box before leaving and the sandwich was covered with fries. I said that I would pass altogether since I wasn't comfortable with the fact that the kitchen got that wrong and didn't want my friends food to get cold. They wouldn't give me my card back and went back into the kitchen and removed the fries and tried to give it back to me says fries. They just don't get it
