Delicious but NOT safe. Sure they have GF bread, but they just through it on the same panini presses as the other sandwiches. Should not be included here.

The woman who took my order cautioned me that they don’t have a separate prep or cook space but they will cook the sandwich between foil to prevent cross contamination. I ordered to go and sat at the bar which gave me a better understanding of their kitchen operations. Extremely risky. Their GF options are for the fad dieters and not those would are gluten free due to medical reasons.

Any grilled cheese can be made on GF bread, and prepared in foil to prevent cross contamination. So many delicious choices!
