Review of Bitter Root Brewing

This place is amazing!! I feel completely comfortable ordering anything and the chef will make it safe for me. He came to talk with me and is even going to fry me up some safe sweet potato fries. He also brought the corn tortilla package up so I could verify that the corn tacos were indeed gluten free. All separate pans and utensils are cleaned again before and after use for gluten free options. I've never been one to pick a brewery for a meal but this one has gone above and beyond. Without a doubt, I feel like I can eat safely here in Hamilton. Thanks so much!!
