On vacation at Nemacolin Lodge. Stopped for lunch after touring Fallingwater. The staff was so friendly and really took my g free concerns seriously. I had a gluten free grilled cheese with 2 cheeses. Delicious. Not too greasy. Didn’t get sick:). Sat outside which was lovely. Nice shaded porch. Will go back!
