Review of BitterSweet Gluten Free Bakery

wonderful baked goods. only one choice for bread, not happy. there are so many recipes for really good gf bread, french bread etc but sadly she offers nothing besides one loaf of regular gf bread. the gf buns are a flop, they fall apart and are nothing like a bun, more like a poor biscuit. food.com has gluten free girls gluten free french bread. americas test kitchen has special edition how can it be gluten free baking bookazine. perhaps if she adds more bread items to her bakery I would go back. the cookies were very good however. the mint brownie is bizarre because they use mint flavoring that's for gum not food or especially a brownie.
