Review of BJ's Brewhouse

I call my order for take out. I told the girl working several times to make sure not to put French onions on the chicken. My boyfriend picked up the food without checking and I saw the onions all over my chicken. I called back so they could re make my order, the girl put me on hold to get a manger but never picked up the phone. I have to call back five times to get through a manger which took three hours. I am beyond frustrated with this place and will never go back.
