I've been getting my GF pizzas here for about 18 months. The only problem I have, since I get them to go, is the pizza is over cooked and the crust ends up hard as a rock. I keep asking for them to make it soft but end up with extra crispy. I think the problem is that my husband not GF always get deep dish & they try to keep my hot so its the same temp as the deep dish. It doesn't work so I've decided to go frozen with "Against the Grain" it's perfect & I can have the crust my way. Sorry BJ's!
